Team Coaching is a long term process focused on team collaboration and resolving conflict. This dynamic partnership between the team and coach based on mutual trust and belief in the team’s ability to move forward towards their goals. This movement also includes a deeper learning and self-awareness through strategic action, increased insight, and inspiration. As an Team Coach, I provide team and one-on-one coaching, establishing a relationship based on trust, collaboration, and integrity focused on the needs and growth of the team in a context that has high performance expectations through a co-creative coaching process.
