Management Coaching is a short term process focused on immediate results in identified areas. This dynamic partnership between client and coach based on mutual trust and belief in the client’s ability to move forward towards their goals. This movement also includes a deeper learning and self-awareness through strategic action, increased insight, and inspiration. As an Management Coach, I provide one-on-one coaching, establishing a relationship based on trust, collaboration, and integrity focused on the needs and growth of the executive in a context that has high performance expectations through a co-creative coaching process.
