Phase IV-Follow Up

  • Final check in with client

Executive Coaching is a long term process focused on mastery and growth of leadership skills. This movement also includes a deeper learning and self-awareness through strategic action, increased insight, and inspiration. The difference between Leaders and Managers is that Leaders have mastered the soft people skills necessary to inspire people to work up to their full potential. As an Executive Coach, I provide one-on-one coaching, establishing a relationship based on trust, collaboration, and integrity focused on the needs and growth of the executive in a context that has high performance expectations through a co-creative coaching process.
